Oral presentation

The conference program should include about 8 oral sessions considering about 30 oral presentations selected from digest authors and 8 invited talks.

Time allotted for oral presentations is as follows:

Invited presentation: 30min. talk + 10min. for questions and discussions.

Oral presentation: 15min. talk + 5min. for questions and exchanges.

A computer and a video projector will be provided. All presentations must be uploaded to the computer in the room at least 5 minutes before the session begins.

It is important to pay attention to the compatibility of the .ppt versions. Ideally, the presentation should be converted to pdf format. The ppt presentations are of course accepted, but it will be necessary to check their correct functioning when loading them on the computer of the room on the day. 

Poster presentation

Poster communications will be divided into three sessions, one per conference day. The poster should be prepared, printed and brought to the conference by authors. No printing will be done by the local organizing committee.

The size is a classical Portrait A0, and no specific template is imposed. The supports to hang the posters will be provided.

Please notice that authors should attach their poster to the stand before the session and remove it at the end of the day.
