Information for authors

Presentation

The conference program will consist of invited keynote speeches, oral and poster presentations. Authors are requested to indicate their preference for giving an oral or poster presentation on the electronic submission form. The editorial board will make the final decision on the assignment of papers to sessions and presentation format. The invited presentations will be selected from the submitted digests by the editorial board. The duration of the presentations will be adapted to favor the exchanges during the oral and poster sessions.

Each paper must be presented by an author. No-show paper will not be eligible for submission to the special issue journal for publication. Poster presentations simply consisting of a hard copy of the paper is inappropriate and will be marked as a no-show paper. Digest information

Authors are invited to submit 1-page digest, in line with the themes of the conference, in the format available on the conference web site. All digest must be submitted in PDF format directly on the conference website via the online Digest Submission page. Digests sent via email or regular mail will not be processed or acknowledged.

After a peer-review process, the authors of the accepted short papers will be invited to present their research work at SMM25, by oral or poster presentations, and to submit 4-page full papers for possible publication in a special issue of a Journal (envisaged in the Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials). More details about the format are posted on the instructions for contributors web page. Authors will be informed of the status of their submission via e-mail on December 15th 2021.
